ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Johnson City Medical CR

Our stay was great! The newly constructed facility was beautiful and well-kept. Each staff member we interacted with was so kind and helpful. With a white noise app on my phone because sleeping in a hotel always requires that for me, my hubby and I slept GREAT! The beds were AWESOME! Hubby says the pillows were great too, but since I'm a baby and travel with my own pillow, I cannot report back on that. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the water hot. The towels clean and fluffy. The full size fridge and freezer was a GREAT addition. There is no ice machine in the hotel, but there are ice cube trays in the freezer you can fill, so heads up on that. The coffee machine in the lobby was excellent and the vending options were wide-ranging. Honestly, it was perfect for our needs and our price point. We could not have been more pleased.

Lovely wonderful place, staff, rooms, availability, price all of it, only thing is no hot breakfast. But personally the kitchenettes make up for it especially if you're here for a while like us.

The room was very nice, clean, and the kitchen was great. However the hotel itself was very basic. No pool, restaurant, or anything else to do really. It's a short 5-10 minute drive to several restaurants and other activities, so not a bad location, just something to be aware of if you don't want to have to drive for everything. There's tons of storage space in the rooms, and everything was nice and clean. The employees were are very friendly and went above and beyond! However, I was surprised for a new hotel they only had standard outlets and no USB plugs.

I’ve stayed here 3 times now. I only did a 4 star on the room bc the last time I was there, the AC did not kick on until the middle of the night and bc I had tried to get it going earlier, it was on the coldest setting and I woke up freezing. This was room 202, and I stayed there over thanksgiving break, so I would recommend checking into this. The first time I stayed here (Christmas of 2024), the lady at the front desk signed me in but then watched as I struggled to get my things in the door while items fell off my cart multiple times. She told me, “I sometimes wish I had a string that I could attach to the door to help people sometimes.” I figured she was not allowed to leave her position. Sadly, that was not the case and the door was right behind her and she could’ve helped me but chose not to and made a comment like that. I ran into the manager in the morning and she told me she absolutely could’ve helped me and she would be handling it. She was very kind and apologized and said she would get down to what happened. All I know is thanksgiving this year, she was not who checked me in. However, who did check me in was Will and he was super awesome. He was very kind and helpful. He actually recommended I park in the back so I was only having to go through one set of doors instead of two. This changed my whole experience getting into the hotel and I Really appreciated the suggestion and his help in other parts of the check in process. I was allowed to stay an extra 2 hours for $20 when I got there at almost 5AM. This was so welcomed bc most hotels won’t do this. I could’ve even stayed until 3pm if I wanted to spend another $20. This kind of flexibility is so incredibly helpful when the trip goes nothing like you planned and you get there at the time that some people are heading out. I will always choose to stay here when I’m heading to NC from KY for this very reason. I didn’t need it on the way back, and Will was there to greet me again and I was very glad it was him. He gave me a room at the end of the hall so it was quieter in the morning (I didn’t hear a single sound.) He is thoughtful, helpful, and a shining star, especially compared to the first girl. The hotel was clean, I felt comfortable to shower, had a full size fridge and freezer and is pet friendly. I will be staying here on my way back to NC for Christmas. Keep up the great work, guys! Oh, and they didn’t jump the rate for the holidays and it was very much appreciated that the price was the same no matter what day of the week it was. This hotel has my business at least 4x a year.

No amenities. This is a clean room. Not expensive. If you need anything inexpensive room for the night this is fine. Walls are thin. Wish the chairs in the room were more comfortable.

The staff are very helpful. Rooms are very spacious and have a kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, induction stove top with 2 eyes, and a decent size sink.

Nice place to stay for the price. No breakfast, limited time for coffee, No Pool, but price was good for a place to rest and shower. Visiting family in the Hospital, drove from Pennsylvania.

We did an early check-in and were greeted by Elisabeth. She was so kind and friendly and really made us feel like she was happy we were there. We picked this hotel because I needed a full fridge, but weren’t sure about it since we were only staying for one night and it’s an extended stay hotel. We are so glad we chose this place. The bed was more comfortable than the beds we’ve had when we’ve stayed at the Ritz Carlton- no joke. This pillows were firm and felt great. The place was clean. We will definitely stay here again.
